Reservation Policy
Our Reservation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking and cancellation of our services and accommodations, and the responsibilities of both our company and our customers.

Please note that the majority of our services and accommodations are pre-booked and paid to our suppliers 45 days before departure. These payments are non-refundable to us, so any cancellations made less than 45 days before departure means that the funds for your accommodation and services have already been sent to the suppliers and cannot be refunded.

If you need to cancel your trip 45 days or more before departure, you have two options: you can request a free change of travel dates or receive a full refund (minus an administrative fee of €100). If you cancel within 48 hours of paying your deposit, the administrative fee will not be applicable.

However, if you cancel less than 45 days before departure, we cannot offer a refund or travel credits. We will do our best to re-sell your spot, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If we are able to re-sell your spot, we will offer a full refund (minus the administrative fee) or the full amount in travel credits.

To protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, or natural disasters, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Please note that trip cancellation insurance is not the same as "medical insurance only," as it covers a broader range of situations.

Medical insurance is mandatory for our trips. Any conditions beyond our control that may cause delays, such as late luggage or extra flights, will be at your expense. Please ensure you have a valid passport (valid for 6 months after the departure date) and any required visas. We are not responsible if you are refused entry due to a lack of travel documentation.

In the event of a "force majeure" event that leads to the cancellation or alteration of the trip 45 days or less before its beginning, we reserve the right to offer comparable services and make changes to service providers if needed. If the trip is cancelled or delayed, you may receive a refund for the funds that have not yet been sent to the accommodation and service providers. However, please note that depending on the destination, some accommodation partners and service providers may not offer monetary refunds or credits for a future trip.

We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in our trip documentation, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors or unintended misrepresentations.

Please note that any optional activities that we arrange for you do not form part of the trip itself, and we are not liable for them. If you choose to leave the trip early or stop using our services for any reason, we are not obligated to make any refunds.
